Dear Sir,

REIMBURSEMENT OF THE DIESEL CONSUMPTION FOR THE

REPAIR WORK OF RWMC TRANSFORMER ON 09TH OCTOBER 2019

As you instructed on 09^th October 2019 we have commissioned our working generator from 6.30AM to 6.00PM for providing Generator supply to XXX Arcade and Retail Podium for facilitating the repairing of  RWMC transformers. Due to this reason 1300 Liters of Diesel consumed

Furthermore, Power Amperage use by Liberty Arcade and Retail Podium was insufficient for the Healthy operation of the Generator. As such, we were compelled to switch off transformer 02 (Common Area Power) and generator power switch on for common area utility operation. As such the diesel consumption of 1300Ltr will be borne by proportionately as follows.

XXMCL 60% of total Consumption of 1300Ltr = 780Ltr

RWMC 40% of total Consumption of 1300Ltr = 520Ltr

Therefore, you’re kindly requested to settle us the Value of the Diesel consumption of (520Ltr X Rs. 104.00) Rs. 54,000.00
