REQUEST FOR A FIRE AWARENESS PROGRAMME

Dear Sir,

We request you to conduct a fire safety seminar as well as an actual fire drill on our premises with 30 participants. 

As part of our company's annual safety program, we want to test the effectiveness of our organization’s emergency preparedness and response in case of fire. We wish to train all our employees in your fire safety procedures. We would also like to raise awareness of fire hazards in our workplace and how to act safely in the event of an emergency fire situation, including selecting and using a fire extinguisher.

Therefore, please be kind enough to grant your permission to conduct a fire safety seminar at Liberty Plaza building.
