REFURBISHMENT OF THE ELEVATOR’S NO: 1 & 2 

(SOUTHERN END AT LIBERTY PLAZA)

Further to your letter and quotation dated 15^th November 2017, we wish to bring to your kind attention that the, Management has approved for the refurbishment work of the aforesaid elevators.

In addition to that, the following defects have also been identified and have to be attended from your side

1.       To check the communication system

2.       An abnormal sound when opening and closing the doors at basement  level

3.       Elevators do not stop at level 3 when coming down

4.   Indicator bulb in the elevator for 6^th floor in continuously on due to this fault, the lift goes up   continuously.

5.       Door ropes, carbon, contractors and other worn parts to be replaced

6.       To remove corroded parts of the elevator and replaced the same

7.       Facility for new lighting for ceiling

8.       The Main control Panel In the lift room to be serviced or replace the necessary spare parts

9.       Modify the call bottom system in the car

                Please note that Cameras, fans, mirrors, Lights & A/C for the lift room will be replaced by          Liberty Plaza Management Corporation
