Dear Sir

Because of the lack of sufficient cash in the petty cash float, we have to purchase the maintenance items on credit basis, resulting in purchase limited to only a few suppliers and the cost of credit purchase is higher than the cash purchasing cost. Since this, purchasing on cash basis is financially rewording to the corporation

Therefore, as we discuss at the meeting please approve a petty cash float amounting Rs. 75,000.00 to purchase day to day maintenance items
