Reference the festival Loan to be granted by the corporation request you to accept repayment of the festival Advance on the following terms.

I agree to the monthly deduction from my salary form the month of August 2016 in 10 instalments at the rate of follows.

In the event of my resignation or termination I here by permit the company to deduct the balance due on this loan from my any sums of money lying with the company to my credit, whether EPF, ETF or other monies.
