I wish to inform you that the above Tender Documents were purchased on cash payment out of my funds to participate in the above tender which concluded on the 20th July 2012. However, i come to understand that, it was subsequintly offered to __________ _________ Insurance Company as per the tender procedures.
Hence, please be good to Refund the cash deposit paid by me on receipt number RSPT 00001245 dated 04th July 2012 amounting to Rs. 5,715/= I also request you to kindly hand over the Commercial Bank Cheque of Rs. 10,000.00/= as a Bond Deposit along with this payment.
